🏠 4 Fire Safety Tips Every Family Should Know
The American Red Cross recommends these simple steps to help keep your family safe:
🚨 1. Check Your Smoke Alarms
Install smoke alarms on every level of your home, inside bedrooms, and outside sleeping areas.
🔋 2. Test Them Every Month
Press the test button on your smoke alarms each month. If an alarm isn't working, replace the batteries.
🏃 3. Practice Your Escape Plan
Talk with your kids about what to do if the smoke alarm goes off. Create a family fire escape plan and practice it twice a year.

📞 4. Get Out and Stay Out
If there is a fire:
GET OUT.
STAY OUT.
